Choosing a Cache

The Geocaching website maintains an up-to-date listing of all geocaches. Using the search feature on their site, you can view a listing of all the geocaches in Delaware.

When you set up your account on Geocaching website, you can enter the coordinates for your home. This will allow the generation of a special list of geocaches based on proximity to your home. Pick a cache and click its name. You will see a description of the geocache written by the person who created it. Once you've found a description that presents the right amount of challenge, you'll need to write down two pieces of information - the coordinates for the geocache and the waypoint identifier. These will need to be entered into your GPS.
