Request: State Park Maps

I've asked at least one Delaware cacher who was unable to help me so I will ask the general public.

Does anyone have a map of all the Delaware State Parks as a .gpx, a .kml or shape file? This would greatly reduce errors when reviewing since many parts of these parks are not listed on Google Maps.
